Do you take commissions/custom pieces?

When my books are OPEN I encourage people to reach out via email to discuss the piece you had in mind. I don't accept all commission/custom work and will only take on projects that are within my skill set and artistic desires. If i am not a good fit for you I can often recommend someone else.

Do you host events?

Not yet, but hopefully one day!

Returns and Exchanges

These are handcrafted products and therefore each will be unique, no two items will be exactly the same in size or colour (despite how hard I try). 

Whilst I try to make the descriptions true to the products as much possible, there are some factors out of my control and differences between size, colour and finish will occur between batches. This is all part of the charm of owning something handcrafted, and it is due to this that I do not offer refunds for change of mind. Please make sure you look through all photos provided to ensure that you are aware of the product you are purchasing. 

If a product is damaged during transit please email me at hello@mayceramics.com.au

After verification that the product is damaged or faulty, I can offer a replacement or refund. If the item you ordered is not in stock please allow time for me to make you a fresh batch.
