Do you take commissions/custom pieces?
I occasionally open up slots for custom pieces, if you reach out via email or Instagram private message we can chat a little more about my availabilities and what you're after :)
Do you host events?
I would love to hosts events in the future, but at the moment that's not in the cards.
Returns and Exchanges
These are handcrafted products and therefore each will be unique, no two items will be exactly the same in size or colour (despite how hard I try).
Whilst I try to make the descriptions true to the products as much possible, there are some factors out of my control and differences between size, colour and finish will occur between batches. This is all part of the charm of owning something handcrafted, and it is due to this that I do not offer refunds for change of mind. Please make sure you look through all photos provided to ensure that you are aware of the product you are purchasing.
If a product is damaged during transit, or is faulty on arrival, contact hello@mayceramics.com.au. After verification that the product is damaged or faulty, I can offer a replacement or refund. If the item you ordered is not in stock please allow time for me to make you a fresh batch.
